The services that Extreamgold.biz to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Extreamgold.biz reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

This Agreement is entered into between Extreamgold.biz and every member of Extreamgold.biz. Extreamgold.biz's Account can only be created by members completing the Registration Form, thereby indicating acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

Extreamgold.biz is not officially licensed or registered or insured as financial institution within any country, And absolutely exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the U.S Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other EU (European Union) rules, regulations and amendments thereof. You acknowledge and agree under penalty of perjury that you have not relied on this Act or any other related regulations from any other jurisdictions.

You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity. We are NOT a licensed bank or security. You will use all reasonable efforts to protect the Program's Principals and the other Members' interest in the Program and keep it confidential. Extreamgold.biz reserves the right to change prospectively at any time and at its sole discretion the rate of its commission.

You shall hold harmless the Founders and other Members from all damages, losses, expenses and costs resulting from any breach or violation of the conditions agreed to herein. When making a Deposit, you MUST understand that no implicit guarantee is provided and the Admin is in no way liable for any losses that may occur.

You understand and agree that admin has the right to make and changes on commission or daily returns anytime that admin considers that necessary. You also understand that violation may result in the loss of Program benefits and all members are cognizant of the fact that the Founders and Staff have made no express or implied warranties or guarantees of a successful conclusion. Extreamgold.biz shall not be responsible in case of loss or casual transfer by the Client of account access codes of the Client to non-authorized persons. Extreamgold.biz reserves the right to change the Rules for ensuring its capability of fulfilling obligations to the Clients.

NO SPAMMING POLICY

Absolutely NO SPAMMING of information about this program or our web site. Violation of any of these rules will remove you permanently from the program. By participation in our program, you agree, acknowledge, and accept this disclaimer and agreement.
